I wondered why only $800 to purchase. Not wanting to pay the maintenance fee is totally understandable. Unfortunately the week you own is terrible for me (I'm a teacher)....bummer, might have been interested otherwise.

rudeness is a little issue in St. Thomas....I was there seven years and loved it, but white people are not embraced, shall we say? I can even understand why...but it is the reality of there. Now, go on over to Tortola, a stones throw away, and the West Indians will be much nicer to us. Funny thing is, they are first cousins in many cases (to the St Thomians)...go figure. same with the crime rate...night and day.
