Can't vouch for any of these...also note that several of these are on various Grenadine islands, not mainland St. Vincent.

I'm pretty sure Fantasea is gone or not operating. Your choices would be Dive Saint Vincent or the new one Indigo of which I know nothing (would love a report though.)
DSV has been there a long time. There has periodically been a second op in the same area but they come and go. There also used to be somebody way up the coast in Wallilabou but I don't think they're there anymore either, and possibly noplace up there you'd want to stay anyway unless you were on a sailboat. They just don't seem to have the critical mass to keep these going, or something.

Dove with Dive St Vincent 3 week ago. Our second time with them.
Great diving and good operator!! This was some of the best diving of the 11 islands we visited on this trip.

IMHO, you don't need an alternative to DSV. Bill Tewes is GOOD!
