Does anybody know a strobe that will fit a dx5000? Or how to figure this out... Any help is appreciated.

I believe that almost any Sea&Sea strobe will work with the DX5000. Any strobe that has a connection for a fiber optic cable should work. However, you will have to operate in manual mode vice the DSTTL mode that the new strobes support.
