Hi, My Supporter membership is on auto-renew and was charged through PayPal on July 24, but my status has downgraded to member only. Help! These pop-up adds are killing me. Thanks!

Thanks for posting this! I renewed June 8, and could not figure out why I keep getting pop up ads. Is there anyway you could look into it?
 
Hi, I posted in the site support thread asking to have my auto renewal from June 8 applied. So far no one has responded. How do I get this fixed?
