Hi

My Girlfriend's D4 went loopy the other day on a dive. She complained about it giving her a long enforced 3m safety stop when she did a relatively conservative dive.

I downloaded the profile onto the Dive Manager software and can see the data going mad. The temps went from -95 up to +90 and she looked like she saw see-sawing up and down which gave off multiple Ascent alerts. She didn't.

The next dive she did looked ok on the software.

Thing is, we're in Mexico and can't send it back to the place we bought it (UK).

Has anyone experienced anything like this before?

Is there anyway of doing a self-test or factory reset?

As I said, the next dive is ok... just don't want it spacking out during a vital time.

Thanks

Orm

Cheers

I'll give it a good rinse.

She did another dive today with both mine and hers and she's showing about a 1m difference.

We'll give it a good rinse and see how that goes.

Thanks
