Yeah, like I alluded to earlier, I did not get anywhere with my interaction with Suunto support with the Vyper Air I had. If I ever have to buy another computer, it will be something else. I do like the Suunto computers, but their support is severely lacking.
 
After another phone call and a scathing email I was informed that my request has been escalated to headquarters and to expect communication today. We shall see. I'm pretty sure it is a battery issue at this point. Will replace and test dive it this weekend.
 
Glad you're getting a response. And like I said earlier, hope the battery is all it is.
