July 4th, 5th and 6th/2008. I would like to thank our American friends for showing us a good time last weekend in St. Ignace, Michigan. 10 SWODA divers were treated to some fine fireworks and great weather for diving. With 'Straits Diving' we were were able to get on the Eber Ward, Sandusky, Young, and the W.H. Barnum. The water was 'fresh' but the visibility was good.
The boat was a little crowded with 16 divers total on Sunday. 10 would have been ideal and 12 manageable - 16 was a little much. Small glitch in an otherwise FANTASTIC weekend.
I hope we can do it again next year. There are a lot of great wrecks to see in this area and a couple of the ones we were on deserve a 2nd and 3rd look.

Ed - who did you charter with that weekend?
