Taking a cruise. Looking for info.

We are taking a cruise next year and we would like to dive as much as possible while in port. We will be stoping at these ports.

• Cairns (Yorkeys Knob),Australia 6am-5pm
• Airlie Beach,Australia 10am 6pm
• Townsville,Australia 7am-4pm
• Nouméa,New Caledonia 9am 7pm
• Lifou,New Caledonia 7am 5pm
• Port Vila,Vanuatu 7am 4pm
• Mystery Island,Vanuatu 7am 5pm
• Dravuni,Fiji 7am 5pm
• Suva,Fiji 7am 5pm

Is diving in some/any/all/none of these ports possible while visiting from a cruise ship? I can’t seem to get the answers I’m looking for on Google. Thanks in advance.
