All DSS "Torus" wings are full circle. See Torus - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

If you have a DSS Torus 26 the bladder is in fact full circle.

If you inflate just the wing loose, when it is not mounted to a back plate, with a tank in place it will "Z" fold at the bottom of the wing.

This "Z" fold will effectively close the bottom arc of the wing.

When mounted to a plate, with a tank secured the two sides of the wing are forced apart, and the fold cannot occur.
