Anyone know the nearest dive shop to Tawas City? I'd also be interested in any good wrecks in the area...

The closest dive shop I believe would be Thunder Bay Scuba in Alpena, I don't think there is a shop in Oscoda. I know of one wreck in the Tawas area it is the "Goshawk"

There used to be a shop in Tawas years ago right next ti Mitch's Pizza but that closed up about 10 or 15 years ago. I know diving around the wall at the state dock is a cool dive, you find lots of fishing tackle and other things.
