Ok, so i have an old heilos 4.5w 10amp light. It died on me on last week. I am sure its not a batt issue as i got it about a month before i got here. I think its the ballast or the bulb blown. Question, how do i go about testing it ? do i need a voltmeter or a multimeter and what kinda of readings should i get ? i am now in remote Indonesia for work and no way i can ship this light out to be troubleshooted.
