Thanks Quero. Great advice again. Makes pretty good sense. I'll have just finished my college exams (early May) so I should probably treat myself (as if Thailand isn't enough!) for 5 or 6 days when I arrive. Head down and catch a liveaboard from Kao Lak maybe before heading to the Gulf...hmmm... :06:
 
Just been doing some more research on my trip- can anyone tell me what Kao Lak is like post tsunami?
