I purchased a mini Intova torch and it didn't come with a lanyard! I emailed Intova and by the next business day they had offered to mail me a lanyard. I mentioned that I live in Honolulu and he said it was no problem to come pick one up that very day!

Kevin was also nice enough to talk to me about their other products and showed off some of their other torches. I only have a few dives on their lights but so far I'm very happy with their product & service.
