The new beta firmware for IconHD Net Ready - some more information

By Mares I've got some additional info for the Beta:
• Time shift Bug is fixed
• 12:00 at afternoon is shown as PM
• Charging status of battery while charging is shown in each screen synchronously
• Dive planer now makes difference between fresh- and salt water
• Bug fixing in detecting tank final pressure in log book
• In compass mode tank pressure is shown with different colors
• Bug fixing in der Darstellung der Aufstiegsgeschwindigkeit im Logbuch
• Tank pressure with color code is also visible in the BT
• Gas consumption is indicated in the logbook (not in multi gas mode)
• Tank pressure is indicated in the gas change table
• Now gas change table in the predive mode is like in the TG (horizontally instead of vertically) and also shows tank pressure
• Logbook profile mode: On top the dive number, datum and clock time is shown
• Countdown timer numbers during deep stop and safety stop gets bigger by eliminating the leading zeros in front of the minutes
• Predive mode lasts three minutes
• MOD is shown in the predive mode where O2 % was shown before
• Direction marks in the compass are green instead of red
• In the predive mode you sees the set value of the tank volume
• Bug fixing in the logbook
• Bug fixing in the presentation of the rise speed in the logbook
• Now procedure of the transmitter linking has translated texts
• "Depth" label in the compass view
• Tank pressure: Green and red range now with white numbers instead of black for better contrast
• Tank volume can be set up to 40 l and 400cuft
• Red LED during the DESAT phase was eliminated for power consumption saving.

But it is still a beta and MARES for safety reasons demands to use it only with a second dive computer as backup.

Did you find all of these updates yourself? Or did they send you a list of these when you received the firmware?

Hi terrylowe,
I got this list by MARES.
For me I just detected the fixed time shift bug, final pressure bug in log, and the changed color of direction mark in compass.
Some of these modifications I can't check (Multigas), some features I didn't care about before (diveplanner, MOD or O2% shown in predive, etc), so I don't knew whether they are really changed, but I think so.
