Thanks for the picture. There's 2 suns shinning to a different direction casrting different shadow position.

Funny picture. Don't think it's intended for anyone to take seriously but you know how some people can be. Heehee
 
my guess...

I was thinking somewhere near Bachelors Beach since they could back the truck right down off the parking lot. Like this area taken from the other side:

I don't remember there being sand at Tolo:

Might also be a small spot, reproduced several times with more photoshop. Bachelors "Beach" is one that comes to mind.
