I just recently built my first twinset with new Dive Rite valves and manifolds (al80 tanks). Out of the box the valve knobs are not super easy to turn. I noticed when my tanks are less pressurized that they become easier.. is there a way to adjust and resolve?

Lube the threads on the HP seats and the stem orings. You'll need to drain the tanks to get in there.
