This story is about two deaths, the scuba diver in the second part: Soldier drowns at Nylon Pool in Tobago | Trinidad Express Newspaper | News
In the second incident Scott Tucker, 28, a certified diver and son of director of Blue Water's Inn at Speyside, Christopher Tucker, died after suffering from a lack of oxygen after a diving expedition.

Police reports state Scott left Speyside to go diving at 12.30 p.m. on Sunday, off St Giles Island, off the northeastern tip of the island.

Scott was in the company of boat owner Marlon Thomas.

On the way back from the diving expedition Tucker complained of pains about his body. He was taken to shore where oxygen was administered but this ran out. He was then taken to a nearby resort where additional oxygen was administered but this also ran out, police said.

Paramedics later took Scott to the Scarborough hospital where he later died.
