looking to travel to africa in June. We would like to combine a 9 to 10 day safari with 4 or 5 days of diving. Looking for recomendations on travel specialists to help us plan and make the arrangements. We are looking for specilaists in adventure off the beaten track type plans. Also, diving destination with pelagics is preferred. So, any help with travel specialists would be much appreciated.

I recommend you to got to Egypt and take a safari in the south Red Sea there are so many nice places and diving spots over there. Trust me you will like there.

The other poster is right. The Red Sea is the best place to go diving.

You have the choice of Liveaboard or Shore based, or a mixture of both. there are several centres ranging from the most established (Sharm) to newer ones for Diving. Deep south offers the best of walls and reefs as it has been established as a destination more recently.

The centres in the red sea can cater from Novice to full-on Tekkie. You can start your holiday in Egypt, take on the diving, go see the sites then work your way down the continent. Just be careful of where you go as certain parts of Africa are really a no go zone for westerners.

we operate a choice of liveaboards and centres further down the African coast, you will see a range of diving, just depends on what your after!

Hope this helps?
