should you limit your physical activity while you have an ear barotrauma? I am an avid cyclist and all i want to do when i get back from diving is hop back on my bike. Or should i just chill and relax until healed.

I think the risk to avoid would be anything that would change pressure on your ears. Otherwise, I can't imagine a contradiction.
