TTL with the E-PL5

I had to search the menu and set my E-PM1 to TTL in order for the strobes to fire TTL, even though the strobes themselves were set to TTL. I cannot find a TTL setting in the E-PL5's menu. The guy I bought the camera from always set the strobes manually, so he cannot help me with this. I want to use TTL for macro and close-up shots. What to do? I have read the manual, by the way.

You set the flash in the E PL5 to "FILL"
