I hate this but this is why I joined. This was a tough week for me. No gym...stuck to my desk and computer all week plus the potluck on Father's Day.

This is my first WI with the group and I'm sorry to ruin all your good work...I'm up 2lbs. But...next week....is another week and I'm determined to head in the right direction.

Yeah to all of you who've done well. I'll look for my Yeah next week! :)

Don't feel bad Kathy...I'm up 2.8# this week. Bad choices over the weekend and a delay in getting to the grocery store last week had us eating what we could find in the pantry.

It's over, no sense dwelling on it...tomorrow starts a new week!
 
Hey Gang..., I've been a little absent in my weekly postings as my last post was my 5/31 results - but still on track and going full steam ahead in my plans.... So for whomevers keeping track in the last three weeks I'm down 10.4 lbs.

5/31, 385 -> 323 -> 180 (30.2%, 62lbs, Week 20)
6/7, 385 -> 320 -> 180 (31.7%, 65lbs, Week 21)
6/14, 385 -> 314.8 -> 180 (34.2%, 70.2lbs, Week 22)
6/22, 385 -> 312.6 -> 180 (35.3%, 72.4, Week 23)
 
Sweet....good to see everyone is still keeping at it.
