I have been MIA for the last few weeks - having low carb frustration. After 14 months of Atkins and losing 34 lbs only to gain some of it back, I have decided to go low calorie (portion control) instead of low carb and am down 5 lbs in the first week to 176. I have plenty of energy to execise and feel great. It is wonderful o be able to eat fruit again.
