The Bite - as its know to locals is solid for bugers etc. Its also the best deal for food on the island re: restraunts. Go to SeaSide for grilled lobster if you can't make it over to the docks to pick up your own. The Bite boils them pan sears them and also grills them - all part of the preperation. There are a few other fish entres that are ok.

Best advice - ask around - find out where Mark Clayton is cooking. He is great - last seen at the seaside cafe

Also - a little shack on Leaward Highway called Go Fish- run by 2 sisters - best place for a beer + Grouper sandwich.

I was reffering to Caicos Cafe- for the atmospher + fillet. not Coco Bistro (they haev a great location though a bit off the road + for sale @ 900K) And- the spot down the old airport road is called Hole in the Wall. Great for stewed/ creol conch!!

Best advice- rent a house and cook.
Good luck
