Since my local dive shop has shut down, does anyone have any suggestions on which "mail-in" service center to use?

Has anyone used RegTech for example?

since you're in B'ham, I'd use Dive Sports in Decatur.

they are TUSA dealer and can do warranty work and are only an hour or so drive away if you want to drive up, or one day via UPS ground there and one day back. you'll get a quick return.

send PhilEllis a PM. he'll hook you up.

that's where I send mine to get serviced. Gary who does their reg service is top notch and knows his stuff.

EDIT: their website is www.divesports.com

Thanks, I'll consider that.
There is an "Authorized Dealer" here in Vestavia but I'm not sure if they have any real experience with TUSA and last time they serviced my ScubaPro reg it cost me just shy of what I could have bought a new one...

But of course, the shop that closed didn't inspire great confidence either after they guy I dealt with left them.

How about these guys? a1scuba anyone ever try them?
