If they can't repair it they should give you a discount on a trade-in for newer model.

Dive analog, sure: I'm fond of my Omega and I think it's been on every dive with me--it will surely outlast all the rest of my dive gear (aside from maybe my BPs). Dive it as a primary over a bottom timer and/or computer, not so much.
