I have a "log book story."

As a relatively new diver (somewhere around 60 or 70 dives) I was sitting in the dive shop talking with some friends when I saw a red SUV identical to mine fly by the front of the shop.

Instead of thinking "someone stole my truck!" I stood up and said "My log book is in there!"

That tells you when you're hooked for good... Besides, everyone knows it's easier to log your surface intervals anyway ;-).
