Underground Playground Hartford County Maryland???

Hi all. Today I was driving on I-95 North and took exit 74 to stop for food. On my way back to the interstate I saw a sign that said Underground Playground for Scuba Diving and Swimming. This is somewhere near Bel Air, MD in Hartford County before you get into Cecil County. All the sign said about it other than the name of the place was turn left. Does anyone know of this place? If it has a website? Have you been there? Unfortunately I was headed somewhere else and couldn't turn left at the time to check it out. Thanks!
