Are there any underwater towns in North Carolina?
If so, where are they?
Can you dive at any of them?

Please let me know, ASAP

There is one underwater "town" that comes to mind in eastern North Carolina and that is Woodstock, off Woodstock Point near Bellhaven. Although it's not really "diving" per se. Remnants of the colonial period town are now under 3-5 feet of water with 0-12 inches of vis. Things like stone steps, foundation pieces, an old well. Archaic and Paleo period Native American sites are probable offshore (ice age ... lower sea level scenario) but locating a site on land can be challenging much less in 80 feet of water.
