Just so you know, we do not have the capacity to rebuild the computers here in the U.S. I would double check with the person who sold you the unit, and ask for some documentation. It could be that he sent it in, but I'm 99% sure we did not rebuild it, unless we sent it back to the factory in Italy. Most of the time cost is prohibitive to do this though.
 
Thanks Zak, that's good to know! The person who sold me the unit took it back and is going to return it to where it was supposedly repaired.
