I free view them in side-by-side parallel mode using the youtube flash player. Most browsers use HTML5, now, and that only supports anaglyph viewing. I installed flash and disabled HTML5 in Chrome so I can view 3D videos and have HTML5 enabled in Firefox to view 360 View videos.

You should be able to view them using a VR headset, but I don't know the details.
