I stayed some at laguna last year and they are very accommodating. Captain Wagner and Instructer Mike will make of the dive trip basically what you want it to be. Mike was wonderful at locating the critters that you wanted to see. At Laguna, Mike will act as your guide but you will dive your own profile and he doesnt hurry... he is slow and steady and if you inform him that you are there to take pictures then he'll see to it that you have both subjects and time to shoot. One good thing about Laguna is that once back to the boat mike exits first and gets things ready to assist you back on board while you finish off your tanks on the reef below. Lots of good ops for shots with great colors and lighting. There is some shore diving from Laguna and they will also load some extra tanks for you on a boat dive and drop you offshore on the way back in if you like, allowing you to make your way back into the resort. Though you wont have much of a surface interval to work with if you have been maximizing bottom times it shouldnt be much of an issue because they generally do a full hour long SI between dives leaving you well within limits.
