Yeah- and the traditional masks are SO beautiful, aren't they? Dude, just about EVERY scuba mask ever made is pretty ridiculous-looking. But they're really not designed for aesthetic purposes, are they?

As far as the HydroOptix, have you ever used one? I absolutely LOVE them and hate diving without it. I lost mine recently, and tried using my old prescription mask, but it sucked having my vision cut back so much. Everything was too big and too close, and every lobster that I thought was big enough wasn't legal sized. Sucked!

That's OK, I'll stick with my regular mask. I don't really care to look like some bug-eyed freak. I'm mean, all those So-Cal folks are already laughing at me cause I look like a dork as it is.
