Sorry I haven't been on here for a while & didn't see the 2nd part of your post.
Lynnhaven will NOT fill those tanks period.
Dive Quarters will provided they are up to date, they will also hydro, v/e & vip them when the time comes.
 
I found a new tank that needs hydro/vip in a friends shed. I was unsure if anyone had banked nitrox or if I needed to have it O2 cleaned. I called a majority of shops to find out and ended up having a long talk with the owner/operator of dive services inc. He seemed like a stand up guy with some reasonable prices. Said he would have no problem with the old alloy either. Thanks for the info.
 
Joel is a good guy! He has and can do what ever you need. I was just there today dropping off tanks. I use him more than anyone else for servicing my 2 sets of gear.

As a matter of fact I am wearing a DSI shirt right now!:D............:dork2:
