I am guessing that you knew the lady? I am sorry for your loss.

It's not likely that I will learn more. Sometimes posting the thread like I did will attract news from people who do know, but generally those who know are more interested in hiding bad news that is bad for local business. We learn from what we hear and discuss here; we're not really into investigation and blame.
