W-3 Kneepads issues ....

What's going on with the problem with the Kneepads coming off the W-3 ????

My DM just bought this suit, now 2 dives and this is what it looks like ????

Please contact customer service at 800-482-2282 and request an RMA for warranty evaluation. Once received, the suit will be inspected and more than likely replaced if found to be defective (as the image seems to illustrate).
