Wahoo, we’re going to Curacao in April!

My friend, Ted, and I are headed to the beautiful island of Curacao in late March - April for a 12 day dive vacation! We are staying at http://www.curacaosunshine.com/ in the Westpunt area. I can’t tell you how helpful Sunshine and David have already been in assisting us with our travel plans and we are really looking forward to meeting them in person! It will be great having someone who lives on the island help us become familiar with the area.

Ted and his wife were certified in Sept. in the BVI and he plans to work on his AOW and nitrox with http://www.oceanencounterswest.com/ When we are not diving with them, we’ll be doing plenty of dives with David and Sunshine. We also plan to visit the house reefs at Sunset Waters and Habitat. And we definitely will not miss Watamula.

I have already done dive trips to Aruba and Bonaire, so it will be interesting to be able to compare the ABCs. A special thanks to my many ScubaBoard friends for all of your help!

I will be there April 5-12 and starting to look forward to it. I have been to Bonaire 3 times and love it there. I really don't know what to expect but I'm reading all I can on the trip reports- the group is staying at Habitat Curacao. Curacao sounds like a place to see.
