John, I have one that may also be inoperable. It started giving me co readings on pure o2, and I stopped trusting it. It is possible it is a sensor issue or something that is repairable. If you think it would be helpful for you, I'm glad to mail it to you for free. If not, then no worries.

If that one doesn't work, I have one that is operable, but it is locked. If you calibrate it, it works normally, once you turn it off, it makes you calibrate everything again when you power it on.
