Maybe the developer would welcome volunteer efforts by divers at the site to educate the public about not abusing the tide pool and other beach habitats there. It could be a win-win situation.

Am I imagining things or did I see the Batboat tied up at Marineland? I just watched the original Batman movie (1966) again.....

According to IMDB it was filmed at Griffith Park (Bronson Caves) and Santa Barbara. They have been known to make an error now and again.
