Just done my first dives back in the UK since returning from a dive trip to Grand Bahama three weeks ago.

5 degree celcius water temp, (that's 41 farenheit to you imperial people), vis max 15 feet, (min 0 feet), and a violent hailstorm on the surface.

now that's what I call diving.
 
Did Loch Fyne yesterday, bit nippy in a semi! Decided to extend my season so will prob have to get a dry suit to dive up here regualaly!

Wise words. Difficult to overestimate the comfort of being able to whip off the drysuit and have a nice dry, warm, 200g thinsulate underneath. Not to mention avoiding the trauma of putting on a wet semi dry for the second dive.
