Update... I have been getting in a few 5+ mile jaunts on my bike, but yesterday Moose and I did 25.4 miles. Wow, I must admit that I was DRAGGING by the end as my thighs were completely locking up. But it was a wonderful day to be biking and seeing the world a bit. But I am doing pretty good today, even to going to Disney for a day of frolic and fun.

Oh yeah, we did measurements again this past week, and while I only lost 4 pounds, I lost almost another two inches around my waist. I am feeling a lot spunkier and am looking forward to loosing even more. Cha Cha really makes our time together count for every second. I do believe substituting Whey shakes for snacks really helps.
