I'll be in CapeTown for 2 weeks in mid June for business and plan to do some diving around the Cape.I know its winter time in June there.I have a 1 piece 7mm Henderson Goldcore wet suit ,and a 7mm shortie core warmer. Is this two pieces (14mm at the core),good enough for diving around the Cape?Or the 7mm wetsuit alone is sufficient?I plan to dive with Pisces Divers.Any other recommendations would be appreciated. Also plan to do a day trip to Gansbaai for the white shark cage diving. Thanks in advance for any advice and suggestions.

7mm is OK. Pisces is a good choice for an operator. They can probably organize shark diving as well.
