Hi there,

While diving this weekend from a boat with lots of people and their euqipment all over the place, I accidentaly pulled one of the stiches off the seam just above the knee. The thread itself did not break, but there's about 1.5 cm of it now loose, just itching to snag on something.

Any quick repair ideas?

Thanks

Hi Zoranb,

There is a product called Neoprene Cement that can be purchased at most dealers. My recommendation would be to use a small amount to cover the loosed thread. Neoprene cement is preferred because it has strong adhesive qualities and is also flexible, unlike Aquaseal. I am confident a little dab and you will be more than covered.

Best,

Zak

Get your Bubba, to use a fine needle to take it back thru to the inside of the suit where it won't catch.
