Whale shark question for long time resident Curacao divers

Divers spotted a whale shark off Playa Kalki/Alice In Wonderland yesterday. Are they regularly seen here in March and April? There was also a pod of 30 dophins with pups in the bay the same day. I missed seeing them. Sunshine

This is only the second time in the 14 years that I am on the island that I hear about a Whale Shark near the coast. Dolphins are more often seen but most of the time from boats and not by divers.
