Becky,

Nice video!! I assume that you were near Isla Mujeres. Correct?

I'm headed there in about 10 days and your video provided a good prospective of what to expect. It appears that if one is able to keep the sun behind my shoulders as I shoot, the light is enhanced as it comes off the animal.

I'm planning to shoot mostly still, but have mounted an old Nikon P&S with a wide angle lens and video capabilty on my rig. I plan to just let it run and maybe get lucky.

The viz was not as poor as I expected.

I noted that most of your shots were pretty shallow as in just below the surface. Is there any advantage to dropping down to 5-10 feet and shooting there?

Any other suggestions?

Harry
