Is it trapped in a net?

no, it is feeding on small fish that fishermen feed it. They come to the fishing platforms of their own accord and suck on the fish scraps in the nets.. pretty interesting behaviour..

Wow, Mike, thanks for the video otherwise I wouldn't have believed it. Never expected such a big animal to come looking for scraps. Interesting that it learned this behavior over time.
