Does not look like a weed.

The fish on the 3d photo = hairy blenny?

3rd photo = Probably Masquerader blenny, Labrisomus conditus, in the Hairy blenny complex. I’ve photographed them often at BHB. Less seen is the Mock blenny, L. cricota, difference being first three dorsal spines taller than the rest. From DNA sources there is yet to be an L. nuchipinnis from Florida.
