Not sure what this is, I wish I could share the video to give you a better view. This thing was about 8 ft long, I thought it was a banded sea snake when we first saw it, but when we got close it had a head that looked like feather and it was crawling along the sea floor. Would love to know what it is, thanks for any info you have.

That is a very long sea cucumber. The feathery things are the way it feeds.
 
Yep, just figured that out. Called an apodida. Thanks for the help
