This issue is probably related to time synchronisation on the servers.

We'll have a look at it.

The forum added an optional 2 minute stop for the sake of conservatism.

It's nice to know that safety is always an issue here...although I've yet to view any statistics to prove that an additional 2 minute stop between posting will increase the efficiency of text exchange between the users....
