...with those pictures that just don't look right? You should know me by now...Play around with them!
This picture had lots of backscatter. Well, I could have gotten rid of the backscatter, but decided to try something different.
First I used the dodge tool to lighten up the lower diver. Then I used the Neon Glow filter
glow size 5
Glow brightness 15
Glow color yellow
base color a red tone

Then I used the lasso tool on each diver (one at a time) and used the unsharp mask to bring out more detail.

lol...not a filter, but a paintbrush!
