Nemo - named after the captain, not the fish...
 
From Latin:

swim
adnato -are [to swim to or beside].
denato -are [to swim down].
natatio -onis f. [swimming].
natator -oris m. [swimmer].


fish
allec or alec -ecis n. [fish-pickle].

sea
acta (1) -ae f. [seashore , beach]; meton., [life of the seaside].

ocean
Oceanus -i m. [the ocean , the sea which encompasses the earth]; personif., [the father of the Nymphs].

pertaining to water
aquarius -a -um [belonging to water]; m. as subst. [a water-carrier or an inspector of conduits].
aquaticus -a -um [living in water , or full of water, watery].
 
What about a normal name so he does not have to go through childhood suffering from his parents stupidity (Stupidity in the sense that you give him a stupid name)
 
Well we did consider James Tiberius and John Sheridan - those are normal sounding names right?
